How to Program Codes & Keycards

(Default master code is: 123456)

Instructions may vary depending on model of keypad

🔑 First: Enter Programming Mode

This tells the system you want to make changes.

1. Press * then enter the Master Code 123456 then #.

👉 The indicator light should change (e.g., turn green or flash) to let you know you are in programming mode.

➕ If you want to add a door code (PIN Code)

1. In programming mode, press 1 (or a similar key for adding users-usually you scale up for each code but if this is your first one, should be “1”), then enter a 4-6 digit user code, then #. Repeat for additional user codes.
2.  Press * to exit programming mode
3. Now test new code.

Example from start: *123456#17509#*
This series will get you into programming mode, setup the pin 7509 and exit you out of programming mode.

🪪 To Add a Keycard (RFID Card)

1. In programming mode, press 1 (or a similar key for adding additional cards-usually you scale up for each card but if this is your first one, should be “1”).
2. Hold the keycard up to the keypad. The keypad should confirm with a beep.
3.  Press * to exit programming mode

👉 Press the card against the reader to test.

Example from start: *123456#2 “and hold card against reader”#*
This series will get you into programming mode, setup the pin 7509 and exit you out of programming mode.

🚪 When Finished

Press * to exit programming mode.

The light should return to normal.

📡 How to Pair a Remote

(Only needed if you’re using wireless remotes.)

Step 1: Make Sure Power Is On

Confirm the remote receiver box is wired correctly and powered.

Step 2: Put Receiver in Learning Mode

1. Find the small “Learn” or “Learning” button on the receiver module.
2. Press and hold it.
3. A small light on the receiver should turn on or start blinking.

Step 3: Pair the Remote

1. While the receiver light is on/blinking,
2. Press any button on the remote you want to use.

👉 The receiver light should flash quickly or turn off to confirm it paired successfully.

Step 4: Repeat if Needed

Repeat the process for additional remotes.

⚠️ IMPORTANT (Highly Recommended)

If this is a brand-new setup and the master code is still the default (123456), you should change it right away for security.
